Breakfast: cereal and coffee

Morning snack: Apple and PB

What a crazy day! Someone stole $1,000 out of my bank account and I have been on the bank dealing with that (money is now thankfully back in my account). Also- I am being BOMBARDED with people that need complicated reports (and they all want them ASAP), but you what? My food is DIALED in and it is all good!

Lunch: Kale and Ground Turkey

Afternoon Snacks: popcorn, 2 clementines and green beans

Breakfast- TJ's Flax Cereal with coffee

Morning Snack- I am hungry and stressed. Going into a big meeting at 11am...will be there until 1pm. Freaked because I will miss lunch at 12pm. LOL - popcorn, apples and peanut butter, 2 clementines!

Lunch- Freakishly stressed after that meeting! Want to forget that I have a salad in the fridge and instead go to the Mongolian Grill, but remember that Holly told me to chill and take a walk after a stressful meeting so that I exactly what I did and I feel WAY better...ready to have my salad.

No afternoon snack

Dinner- pork chop, broccoli and quinona

Tuesday 4.3.12














Breakfast- Cereal. I forgot to take a picture of it before I woofed it down, so took a picture of the box instead :)

Morning Snack- Air popped popcorn and a clementine-- I brought 4 for today, but have only eaten one so far.

Lunch- WAS going to be just the Kale and Ground Turkey BUT I got caught on the phone at work and got stressed + hungry, so ate a granola bar while on the phone :(

Afternoon Snack- Imagine one very carefully measured out tablespoon of peanut butter to go with those apples. I ate it before I remembered to photograph it! LOL

Monday 4.2.12





















Breakfast- Whole Wheat Toast, 1 TBP PB and 1/2 small banana

Morning Snack- 3 clementines and dark chocolate

Lunch- Salad and Lemon Pepper Chicken

Afternoon Snack- Cheese Stick, but THEN...as usual stress and 3pm hits and I hit the vending machine...ate 3/4 of the bag :(

Late Afternoon Snack- Protein Shake...just 100 calories :)

Dinner- I hit the house after Zumba starved. Took down not only the dinner I had planned (Kale and Ground Turkey) but also pita chips/hummus and a granola bar.
